摘 要:九江长江公路大桥主桥为双塔混合梁斜拉桥,22号墩哑铃形承台临时挡水结构采用84.9 m×32.9m×16.0m双壁钢吊箱。该钢吊箱下水浮运距离约166km,浮运风险大,吊装重量达1 761t,吊装难度大。通过计算钢吊箱在浮运过程中因水流流速、风力等造成的各种不利工况的浮运阻力,并结合现场实际情况,配备3艘推轮以顶推及帮拖的编队形式进行拖带浮运,并备用1艘拖轮随航,保证钢吊箱安全、及时地浮运至施工现场;根据国内大型起重船资源的实际情况,选用3艘起重船对钢吊箱进行抬吊安装,通过控制3艘起重船操作的同步性,使钢吊箱顺利吊装到位。The main bridge of the Jiujiang Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a two-pylon hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge. A double-wall steel suspension box cofferdam with dimension of 84.9 m× 32.9 m× 16.0 m is used as the provisional water retaining structure for the dumb- bell-shaped pile cap of the pier No. 22. The delivery of the cofferdam is supposed to be risky with a floating distance of approximately 166 km, and the hoisting and installation also face great chal- lenges, for the hoisting weight is up to 1 761 t. According to the calculation results of the float- ing resistance in different unfavorable load cases under the effect of the flow velocity and the wind force during the delivery of the cofferdam, in view of the actual field condition, three pushing vessels were deployed to tow the cofferdam by the way of incremental launching and assisted dragging, and a tugboat was also dispatched to follow and assist the pushing vessels to assure that the cofferdam would be safely delivered to the construction site on time. In addition to the aforementioned facilities, considering the practical condition of the resource of large-scale lifting cranes in China, three floating cranes were used for the hoisting and installation of the cofferdam. Through the control of the synergy of the three floating cranes, the cofferdam was put into place successfully.
