摘  要:为验证填充型环氧涂层钢绞线体外预应力体系的组合抗疲劳性能,依托崇启长江公路大桥南、北引桥,在美国CTL试验室进行了将锚具组装件疲劳试验、锚具偏转试验和转向器微动磨损疲劳试验合成1个试验的组合疲劳试验。试验结果表明:崇启长江公路大桥南、北引桥体外预应力体系满足规范及设计要求;国内外规范对填充型环氧涂层钢绞线膜厚不小于0.4mm的规定是合适的;填充型环氧涂层钢绞线和塑料分丝管式转向器的组合克服了微动磨损疲劳的问题。该预应力体系很好地解决了体外索穿索及张拉时要求摩擦力小、运营状态要求摩擦力大的矛盾。In order to verify the composite fatigue resistant ability of the external prestressing system of the filled-type epoxy coated steel strand, and against the background of the north approach and south approach of the Chongqi Changjiang River Highway Bridge, a composite fatigue test formed of fatigue test for anchorage components, deflection test for anchorage, and fretting abrasion test for deviator was carried out in the CTL (Composites Testing Lab) in the United States. The results of the test show that the external prestressing system of the north and south approaches of the Chongqi Changjiang River Highway Bridge meet the design and code require- ments; a thickness of 0.4 mm for the filled-type epoxy coating of the steel strand stipulated in the codes at home and abroad is appropriate; the combination of the filled-type epoxy coated steel strand and the plastic steering gear of a deviator type overcomes the fretting abrasion fatigue. The prestressing system successfully resolves the paradox that the frictional force should be little during the threading and tensioning of the external prestressing tendons, but great in the opera- tion stage of the bridge.
