摘 要:基于加工和测量误差瞬时分布的正态性与动态性 ,分析了加工和测量过程中误差的分布的动态特性。同时根据加工误差的动态特性和在线传感器精度的损失特性 ,以及产品质量要求和公差规定 ,给出单元制造质量零废品控制的理论基本模型。论述了零废品控制的基本方案 。Based on the normal and dynamic property of instantaneous distribution of machining error and measurement error, this paper analyses the dynamic variation characteristic of error in the process of machining and measurement. And according to the dynamic character of machining error and the loss of significant character of on line measurement, as well as the requirement of products quality and the specification of workpiece's tolerance, the basic zero waste control theory model of maufacturing quality is given by the authors. The method to achieve zero waste control is discussed, and the basic model is presented that can implement virtual negative waste in the case of giving a precompensation.
