摘 要:以栓皮栎(Quercus variabilis Blume)容器苗为研究对象,通过设置6个施肥量,研究苗木生长和氮积累对指数施肥的响应。结果表明:随施肥量的增大,苗高、地径、茎生物量均无显著变化;根系、整株生物量则先增大后减小,施肥量为75、125 mg/株时,苗木生物量趋于最大,而施肥量增至150 mg/株时,苗木生物量显著下降。施肥量由25增至75 mg/株时,茎氮质量分数由0.88%提高至1.05%,继续增大施肥量,茎氮质量分数趋于稳定;根系、整株氮质量分数则随施肥量的增大持续增加。施肥量由25增至125 mg/株,茎、根、整株氮质量逐渐增大;施肥量为125 mg/株时,苗木的整株氮质量较25 mg/株的苗木提高了51.4%;施肥量增大至150 mg/株,茎、根、整株氮质量均下降。栓皮栎容器苗充足施肥量、最优施肥量分别为75、125 mg/株,施肥量超过150 mg/株时,苗木受到毒害。An experiment was conducted to study the responses of Quercus variabilis containerized seedlings to exponential nitro- gen loading in greenhouse using a broad range of nutrient supply from 25 to 175 mg nitrogen per plant for 23 weeks. Seed- ling height, root collar diameter and shoot dry mass all exhibited little changes with increasing nitrogen application amount. Dry mass of both root and the whole plant increased until seedlings were supplied with 125 mg of nitrogen per plant. And the dry mass of the whole plant reached the maximum when the application amount of nitrogen was 75 or 125 mg per plant, while the dry mass obviously decreased when it was 150 rag. Shoot nitrogen concentration increased from 0.88% at 25 mg to 1.05% at 75 mg, and kept steady between 75 and 175 rag. However, nitrogen concentration of both root and the whole plant increased with increasing nitrogen application amount. Nitrogen contents in shoot, root and the whole plant increased with increasing nitrogen application amount from 25 to 125 nag, and then decreased with increasing nitrogen application amount. The nitrogen content of the whole plant from the treatment of 125 mg increased by 51.4% compared with that from the ni- trogen treatment of 25 mg. Thus, suglcient and optimum nitrogen application amount for Q. variabilis containerized seed- lings are 75 and 125 mg per plant, respectively. An application amount of more than 150 mg of nitrogen per plant will do harm to the seedlings.
