摘 要:在全光照喷雾条件下,通过正交试验L16(45)研究了植物激素种类、处理时间、激素质量浓度、扦插基质以及插穗长度对毛梾嫩枝扦插的影响。结果表明:5个因子中除了插穗长度对生根指数的影响为显著外,其他因子对生根效果都有极显著的影响作用,各因子的主次效应为:处理时间>激素种类>扦插基质>激素质量浓度>插穗长度。在全光照喷雾条件下,本次试验毛梾嫩枝扦插最佳组合为:选用16 cm长的插穗,用100 mg/L NAA浸泡1 h,扦插基质为河沙。毛梾嫩枝扦插以皮部生根为主,属于皮部生根类型。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of type, treatment time, concentration of plant growth regulators, cutting medium, and length of cutting on soft cutting propagation of Corrms water/under full sunlight and water spraying using L16(45 ) orthogonal design with five factors and four levels. Results showed that, except the length of cutting having a sig- nificant effect, other four factors all had extremely significant effects on rooting of C. wateri. The rooting effect of treatment time was the best, followed by type of plant growth regulators, cutting medium, concentration of plant growth regulators, and length of cutting. The best combination for C. water/ softwood cutting under full light and water spraying conditions was obtained as length of cuttings 19 cm, plant growth regulator NAA, treatment time one hour, concentration 100 mg/L, and cutting medium river sand. C. water/belongs to the type of callus rooting.
