摘  要:利用响应曲面法,研究了东北地区落叶松毛虫蛹油超声波振荡辅助萃取的最佳工艺,建立了超声波振荡辅助萃取落叶松毛虫蛹油的数学模型,获得最佳萃取工艺为超声功率80 W,超声时间30 min,超声温度40℃,且提取率高、萃取时间短,油脂品质好。An experiment was conducted to study the optimal conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of pupa oil of larch caterpillar (Dendrolimus superans) using the response surface methodology. A mathematical model for ultrasound-assisted extraction of pupa oil of larch caterpillar was established according to the physicochemical properties of pupa oil. The optimal conditions were obtained as ultrasonic power 80 W, ultrasonic time 30 min, and temperature 40 degrees C. Good quality of pupa oil could be obtained under these optimal conditions, with a high extraction rate and less extraction time.
