Effects of Ethanol Extracts from Six Species of Plants on Bioactivity of Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu

摘  要:采用微量滴定法测定了大蒜(Allium sativum L.)、侧柏(Platycladus orientalis(Linn.)Franco)、夹竹桃(Nerium oleander Linn.)、银杏(Ginkgo biloba Linn.)、樟树(Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Presl)和石蒜(Lycoris radia-ta(L'Her.)Herb.))乙醇提取物对金银花尺蠖(Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu)的生物活性。结果表明:6种植物乙醇提取物对金银花尺蠖的拒食活性无显著差异,提取物的不同质量浓度和不同作用时间对金银花尺蠖的拒食活性有显著差异。随着提取物质量浓度的降低和作用时间的延长,各植物提取物的拒食率逐渐降低。质量浓度和时间的交互作用对拒食活性无显著影响。6种植物提取物对金银花尺蠖的触杀作用有显著差异,夹竹桃的触杀作用最强,校正死亡率为44.26%,侧柏的触杀作用最弱,校正死亡率为17.54%。提取物的不同质量浓度和不同作用时间对金银花尺蠖的触杀作用有显著差异。质量浓度和时间的交互作用对触杀作用无显著影响。进一步的毒力分析表明,夹竹桃提取物对金银花尺蠖的毒力最强,处理72 h后的LC50为0.495 6 g/L。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of ethanol extracts from Allium sativum L. , Platycladus orientalis ( Linn. ) Franco, Nerium oleander Linn. , Ginkgo biloba Linn. , Cinnamomum camphora ( L. ) Presl, and Lycoris radiata (L'Her.) Herb. on the bioactivity of Heterolocha finyinhuaphaga Chu by trace titration method in the laboratory. Results showed that there was no significant difference in antifeeding activity of different extracts against H. jinyinhuaphaga, while significant differences in antifeeding activity of different extracts were observed against 1t. finfinhuaphaga at different dosages of extracts and treatment time. The antifeeding rate gradually reduced with decreasing dosage and extending treatment time; however, the interaction of dosage and treatment time did not affect it significantly. There was a significant difference in insecticidal activity against H. finyinhuaphaga between the extracts from the six plants. Insecticidal activity of the ex- tract from oleander was the highest, with a corrected mortality of 44.26%, while the corrected mortality of the extract from arborvitae was the lowest ( 17.54% ). There was a significant difference in insecticidal activity against H. finyinhuaphaga between different dosages or treatment time, but the interaction of dosage and treatment time did not affect it significantly. Further toxicity analysis showed that the insecticidal activity of the extract from oleander was the strongest, and the LC50 was 0.495 6 g/L after 72 h.
