摘 要:利用异氰酸酯对脲醛树脂进行了改性,制备复合胶黏剂,并采用DSC和TGA研究了异氰酸酯—脲醛树脂复合胶黏剂程序温度下的热量变化和热质量损失规律,讨论了异氰酸酯与脲醛树脂复合比例以及固化剂种类对复合胶黏剂体系热性能的影响。试验结果表明:异氰酸酯能够加速脲醛树脂固化反应,提高复合胶黏剂的热稳定性,在不同比例条件下,异氰酸酯与脲醛树脂混合比例为1/7时热稳定性最好,异氰酸酯复合胶黏剂最适宜的固化剂为氯化铵与甲酸混合物。Isocyanate-urea formaldehyde composite adhesive was prepared by urea formaldehyde resin modified with isocyanate. DSC and TGA methods were used to study the heat quantity change and thermal weight loss rule of composite adhesive un- der temperature-programmed conditions. The effects of composite ratio of isocyanate with urea resin and curing agent types on thermal performance of composite adhesive system were discussed. Results show that isocyanate can accelerate the curing reaction of UF resin so as to improve the thermal stability of composite adhesives, and the appropriate mixing ratio of isocyanate and urea formaldehyde resin is 1/7. The most suitable curing agent for the composite adhesive was ammonium chloride with formic acid mixture.
