摘 要:采用内耗方法分析了高锰奥氏体合金钢在720℃时效不同时间MC型碳化物析出动力学过程。结果表明,随着时效时间增加,其在652 K左右出现的FR内耗峰强逐渐降低且峰宽变窄。证明了时效过程固溶于奥氏体间隙中的C发生了重新分配,碳化物不断析出导致基体合金含量降低。基于720℃时效不同时间FR内耗峰峰强变化,并结合JMA方程证明了在720℃时效过程中,间隙C原子与奥氏体基体中固溶合金原子形成的碳化物以缺陷为核心形核长大。基于内耗分析结果,通过理论计算分析奥氏体合金钢中碳化物(MC型)时效析出过程,可见通过FR峰峰强变化可分析高锰奥氏体合金钢中碳化物析出动力学。The aging dynamic process of high manganese austenite alloy steel at 720 ℃ for different time was investigated by means of internal friction.The results indicate that with the increase of aging time(aged at 720 ℃),the intensity of the FR peak dumps gradually and the width of the peak becomes narrower compared with that of the solid states.The carbon atoms dissolved in the austenitic lattice interstices are repartitioned during aging,and the continuous precipitation of carbides leads to the decrease of the alloying elements in austenitic matrix.Based on the changes of FR peak height and combined with JMA equation,the analysis results show that during aging at 720 ℃,the carbides nucleate on the defects and grow up in the austenite.The theoretical calculation results prove that it is possible to analyze the basic characteristics of aging dynamic process for austenite alloy steels by measuring the FR peak in austenite lattice.
