摘  要:采用水热法合成了LiFePO4正极材料,并用X射线衍射、红外、扫描电子显微镜、恒电流充放电测试等方法对样品进行结构表征和电化学性能测试。结果表明:样品具有单一的橄榄石结构,呈棒状形貌,长200~600 nm,直径约100~200 nm。室温下以0.1 C倍率恒流充放电,首次放电比容量达到141.3 mAh/g,30次循环后,放电比容量为114.9 mAh/g。LiFePO4 cathode materials were prepared by hydrothermal reaction.The crystal structure and the charge-discharge performance of the prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and galvanostatic charge-discharge testing.The results show that the samples have a single olivine-type crystal structure and a rodlike morphology with a length of 200-600 nm and a diameter of 100-200 nm.The prepared LiFePO4 cathode has an initial discharge specific capacity of 141.3 mAh/g at 0.1 C at room temperature and it is 114.9 mAh/g after 30 cycles.
