摘 要:介绍了一种新型Buck型电池充电电路,此Buck充电电路结合了同步整流技术与零开关技术。由于结合了两种软技术,因此降低了电池充电电路的开关损耗和导通损耗。特别是低电压高电流输出场合,电路的效率得到明显提高。通过对功率管脉冲以及电路的设计,电路的拓扑更简单,而且避免了同步整流电路中常见的同步整流管体二极管反向恢复现象。对电路结构以及电路工作原理进行了阐述与分析,并通过Matlab/Simulink仿真,其仿真结果表明该充电电路能够实现预期的软开关,其输出电压纹波小,动态响应快,电路效率高。A novel Buck topology for battery charger was introduced.The converter combined synchronous rectification with soft-switching technique.The charger circuit decreased switch losses and commutation losses for utilizing both soft techniques remarkably,especially when it operated under high-frequency,the low voltage-large current output could get high efficiency.The circuit structure was simpler and the converter averted diode recovery effect which happened frequently in synchronous converters by designing drive signals and circuit construction.The operating modes of the circuit and equivalent circuit were identified by analyzing the operating principles of the charger circuit,and the circuit was simulated by Matlab/Simulation tool.The simulation results reveal the novel charger circuit can get expected soft-switch with the advantages of little voltage ripple,fast dynamic response and high efficiency.
