摘　　要：介绍了一种基于TOP247Y的三端离线式PWM集成芯片的反激式单片开关稳压电源;分析了TOPSwitch-GX的特性和工作原理,设计了一款功率50 W、输出20 V的通用单片开关电源,并对系统开关电源实用电路及主要单元电路进行了详细的分析,进行了参数值计算、器件的选取与电路设计;最后,给出了该电源的测试结果,并进行了整体性能分析。测试表明:该开关稳压电源具有效率高、纹波小、输出电压稳定等优点。A flyback switching power supply based on TOP227Y was presented.Firstly,the principle and characteristics of this single-chip switching power supply were analyzed.A single-chip switching power supply was designed according to the features of the chip with output power of 50 W and output voltage of 20 V.Second,the design method and practical circuit were described.Calculation of the values of the parameters and selection of the components were provided.Finally,the power of the test result and the overall performance analysis was put forward.The test result shows the power supply has high efficiency,low ripple,stability output voltage and so on.
