摘  要:小黑麦籽粒不饱满是制约其应用开发的主要因素。为了解决这个问题,本试验以小黑麦东农8809和东农95-6654为试验材料,研究外源赤霉素(GA3)作用下小黑麦籽粒干物质、灌浆速率及产量的变化,并探讨开花期喷洒外源赤霉素对小黑麦籽粒灌浆特性及产量的影响。结果表明,开花期适量赤霉素处理能提高小黑麦籽粒灌浆速率,加速籽粒灌浆进程,促进干物质向籽粒中运转,进而提高粒重及产量。20 mg·L-1赤霉素喷施调控效果最好。Non plumpness grain has becoming a major restricting factor for the application scale and development space of triticale.Triticale varieties Dongnong 8809 and Dongnong 95-6654 were used as materials,the grain dry matter accumulation,grain-filling rate and yield of triticale were investigated under the application of exogenous GA3 in order to understand the effects on grain-filling and yield under the regulation of GA3 at anthesis.The results indicated that appropriate amount of GA3 at anthesis increased the grain-filling rate of triticale,accelerated the grain-filling process and promoted the transportion of dry matter to grain,then increased the grain weight and yield.In this test,the concentration of GA3 20 mg·L-1 was the best.
