摘　　要：目标:通过对卫生总费用的筹资水平、筹资结构及分配状况的研究与分析,为制定和评价卫生政策提供依据。方法:运用卫生总费用的筹资来源法和机构流向法,进行描述性分析和比较。结果:2010年安徽省政府、社会和居民个人卫生支出分别占卫生总费用的比重分别为29.71%、35.69%和34.60%。建议:合理配置卫生资源,完善各类社会医疗保障制度,加强基层医疗服务体系建设,合理调整政府对卫生的投入结构。Objective： By researching and analyzing the funding level, structure of total health expenditure and the allocation status. providing the basis for the development and evaluation of health policies. Methods： Using the methods of sources of financing and institutions the flow of the total health expenditure to have descriptive analysis and comparison. Results： In 2010,the proportion that the health spending accounted for total health expenditure for government, society and individual residents are respectively 9.71%, 35.69 and 34.60% in Anhui province. Conclusion： It is need to further alloeate health resou^es in a rational way, to perfect the various types of social medical insurance system, to strengthen the county hospitals and primary health care service system and adjust the strueture of government investment in health in reason.
