摘　　要：目的:探讨按疾病诊断相关付费(DRGs-PPS)在生育保险中的应用效果。方法:使用Excel2007建立数据库,对实施DRGs-PPS前后住院天数、住院费用和剖宫产率进行比较分析。结果:总费用、药品费、检查费、治疗费、其他费用和住院天数下降较为明显,而材料费和手术费出现了上涨。结论:DRGs-PPS起到了调控作用,一定程度上有效控制了医疗费用的增长,减轻了患者经济负担。Objective： To explore the impact of implement diagnosis related groups-prospective payment system （DRGs-PPS） on maternity insurance. Method： Use Excel 2007 to establish database, comparative analysis of hospitalization costs and hospitalization days before, and after the implementation of DRGs-PPS. Result： The hospitalization costs, drug costs, test fees, treatment fees, other costs and hospitalization days declined, while the materials costs and operation costs were rising. Conclusion： DRGs-PPS can effectively control the increase of medical expenditure, and reduce the economic burden of patients.
