摘 要:针对目前现场所用穿带自适应方法的固有缺陷,分析了7机架带钢热连轧机组穿带自适应技术的基本原理。结合我公司轧制线实际配置情况,提出了适合于4机架铝板带热连轧机组穿带自适应的新方式,通过粗轧机厚控系统提供高的厚度精度的中间坯料,在第一机架咬铝带后开始进行穿带自适应,既能消除上游机架出口厚度偏差,亦能消除变形抗力偏差。现场应用结果表明,该穿带自适应技术可有效提高铝带的头部厚度精度,并为AGC的动态调节缓解了压力。Based on the disadvantages existed in the thread self-adapting technique being used in recent works, the basic principle of thread self-adapting technique used at 7-stand tandem rolling mill for steel strip hot rolling has been analyzed. According to the rolling mill layout at our Company, a new thread self-adapting technique suitable for 4-stand hot tandem rolling mill used for producing aluminum strip has been advanced. This new technique can e- liminate the thickness deviation and the deviation of deformation resistance of high-precision thickness strip blank coming from primary rolling mill, all these happen at the moment when the strip threads into the first stand and the beginning of self-adapting. The result of on-line application at the work site indicates that the thread self-adapting technique can improve the thickness accuracy of the strip threading end effectively and can release the dynamic adjus- ting pressure of AGC unit.
