摘　　要：卷烟厂在生产过程中会产生诸如烟草尘、有害气体、噪声、污水等污染因素,对生产环境实施污染物排放浓度在线监测有助于及时采取相应控制措施,从而最大程度地为保护工人健康提供依据并为实施环保措施提供依据。本文通过对某卷烟厂存在的污染因素进行调查和分析,确定了该卷烟厂中主要的污染物种类,确立了关键控制点和相应在线监测技术,最终建立了一套科学合理的环境集成监测系统方案,为相关领域工业厂房的环境集成监测技术研究提供了借鉴。The manufacture processes of tobacco industry cause heavy pollutions.In the factories the contaminant components include dust,noxious gas,noise,and sewage,etc.It is necessary to design and install an online contamination monitory system to monitor the contaminants emission in the working environment to support the control of the indoor air quality.This study completed the research work of the components and sources of contaminant from the tobacco manufacture processes,investigated the monitor location and the technologies of monitor devices,and designed a scientific and rational online monitoring system.The case study provided a great example of online environment monitoring system in a tobacco industry.
