摘　　要：宝钢集团上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂1#RH真空环流控制系统改造前由于采用一阀控多管,因而导致浸渍管经常发生堵塞、环流气体异常波动等问题,改造后,控制系统改为每个支管的每路管道单独采用质量流量计和流量调节阀,对气体流量进行调节,在整个系统的优化控制下,实现了环流气体流量的精确控制。本项目的实际成功运行可为其他炼钢企业提供借鉴。Reformation of No. 1 RH vacuum circulation control system in Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel Group Shanghai Meishan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. is introduced. Before reformation, because multiple pipings were controlled by one valve, maceration tube was often blocked and abnormal fluctuation of circulating gas was happened. After reformation, each tube of every branch pipeline is controlled by mass flowmeter and flow valve individually to adjust gas flow. Under optimizing control of the system, accurate flow control of circulating gas is achieved. The system can be used in other iron and steel com- pany.
