摘　　要：为解决疾病监测预警与应急处置系统实时获取分布异构监测数据的问题,本文分析疾病监测预警与应急处置业务产生数据交换环节,提出监测数据集成内容。从构建疾病预防控制数据中心的角度,提出按主题抽取数据、从语义和语法层面匹配数据、汇集整合数据的模式完成主题数据仓库建库,提出利用XML数据集交换格式、WSDL描述服务接口、SOAP消息传输协议、基于数据目录服务的请求/响应的模式实现增量更新主题数据仓库。To real-time access to heterogeneous distribution of monitoring data, this paper analyzed the data exchange nodes generated in business of diseases early warning and emergency response and presented the contents of monitoring data integration. From the view of constructing the data center for diseases prevention and control, it proposed extracting the monitoring data by subjects, matching the monitoring data from the semantic and grammatical aspects, and the mode of integrating historical data to build subjects data warehouse, it proposed using XML data sets as interchange format, WSDL as describing service interfaces, SOAP as message transmission protocol, and request/response mode based on data directory services to achieve incremental updating of themes data warehouse.
