高校青年体育教师的基本技能现状分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法对高校青年体育教师技能现状进行调查分析,发现高校青年体育教师的基本技能缺失,并就缺失现状从语言表达能力、动作示范能力、教法运用能力、制订教学文件能力、指挥驾驭能力、体育科研能力、组织管理能力、突出事件的处理能力等方面提出建议。Through using the method of literature review, expert interview and togacal anatysis, tins paper makes analysis on skill of college young physical education teachers, finds out that basic skills shortage of college young physical education teachers. Based on it, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of language expression, demonstration ability, teaching application, develop teaching file capacity, command and control ability, soorts scientific research ability, organization management ability, event processing ability.
