摘  要:目的:观察单纯提插或捻转手法造成的穴位及相关部位皮肤表面微血管灌注量的变化、对受试者血压、心率及心率变异性的影响,同时记录受试者的针感。方法:选择20岁~35岁青年志愿者15人,平均年龄25.4岁±2.61岁。针刺右下肢足三里穴,采用MoorFLPI激光多普勒扫描仪散斑全帧实时扫描成像系统进行穴位及相关部位点状波形模式的实时扫描,扫描前后进行心电及血压监测。结果:提插及捻转手法操作均可有效降低血压及心率,改善HRV;提插与捻转手法对被观察点及对照点的皮肤微血管灌注量的影响有较大的差异;提插手法产生的针感明显强于捻转手法。结论:提插与捻转手法在上述所观察的各项指标均有差异,提示其对人体产生影响的机制有所不同,值得进一步研究。Objective: To observe the change of the skin microvascular perfusion on the points and related areas,and the influence of the volunteers' blood pressure,heart beats and HRV.While the measurement,record the needling sensations of volunteers.Methods: 15 youth volunteers with average 25.4±2.61y were enrolled and acupuncture stimulated on ST36(right side) in pure lifting-thrusting or twisting-rotating way.While the needling,synchronously observed the changing of microvascular perfusion on ST36,37,38 and control point using MOOR speckle laser blood flow scanning.Electrocardiography and blood pressure measurement before,during and after needling.Results: Both lifting-thrusting and twisting-rotating manipulations could decrease blood pressure and heart beats,improve HRV significantly.There were significant differences of microvascular perfusion on the ST36,37,38 and control point between these 2 techniques.The needling sensation caused by lifting-thrusting manipulation is stronger than that of twisting-rotating.Conclusion: There were significant differences of observations between lifting-thrusting and twisting-rotating methods.That showed that the mechanism which influenced the body would be different,and need to deeply research in the future.
