摘　　要：党的十六大以来,以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央对中国特色社会主义文化发展道路进行了拓展和创新。具体表现在:用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、整合各种社会力量,加强和谐环境建设与廉政文化建设,构建良好社会文化环境,传承、发展与创新中华民族传统文化,增强国家文化软实力。Since the 16th CPC national congress, the fourth generation of central collective leadership with comrade Hu Jingtao as its core has expanded and innovated the socialism developing path of culture with Chinese characteristics. It manifested as follows： they have used socialist core value system to guide social thoughts, coordinate all kinds of social forces, strengthen the construction of harmonious environment and clean government culture, build sound social and cultural environment, inherit, develop and innovate Chinese traditional culture, and strengthen Chinese cultural soft power.situation,and sumed up the new measures about spresding the Socialist cultural road with Chinese characteristics.
