应对方式和人格特征对酒依赖患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨应对方式和人格特征对酒依赖患者生活质量的影响。方法对符合入选标准的36例酒依赖患者进行生活质量综合评定量表、应对方式问卷、艾森克个性问卷评定。结果酒依赖患者生活质量综合评定量表的4个维度中以躯体功能得分最低(23.25±4.54),物质功能得分最高(25.39±4.23)。酒依赖患者应对方式是以合理化(0.52±0.22),自责(0.76±0.18),幻想(0.61±0.12)和退避(0.57±0.25)为特点,个性是以内外向性(12.47±4.25)和精神病质(8.78±3.45)为特征,本研究发现,自责、合理化和精神病质与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.87,-0.56,-0.88;P<0.05)。掩饰倾向、内外向人格特征和应对方式中的解决问题维度与生活质量综合评定量表总分呈正相关(r=0.49,0.79,0.69;P<0.05)。结论酒依赖患者的生活质量受其自身心理特征的影响。Objective To probe the effects of coping styles and personality characteristics on the quality of life in alcohol-dependent patients.Methods The general quality of life inventory-74（GQOLI-74）,coping style question-naire（CSQ）and Eysenck personality questionnaire（EPQ）were performed in 36 alcohol-dependent patients who met the entry criteria.Results The scores of GQOLI-74 were the lowest on body function and the highest on substance function,which were（23.25±4.54） and（25.39±4.23） respectively,rationalization,self-accusation,mirage and retreat were especial coping styles in alcohol-dependent patients,and the scores of CSQ were（0.52±0.22,0.76±0.18,0.61±0.12 and 0.57±0.25）.The personality characteristics of alcohol-dependent patients presented Introversion and mental quality,scoring（12.47±4.25 and 8.78±3.45） on EPQ.Correlation analysis revealed that self-accusation,rationalization and mental quality were negatively associated with the total scores of CQOLI-74（r=-0.87,-0.56,-0.88;P0.005）.extroversion in personality characteristics and solve difficulty in coping styles were positively correlated with the total scores of CQOLI-74（r=0.49,0.79,0.69;P0.005）.Conclusion Quality of life in alcohol-dependent patients is affected by their psychological characteristics.
