摘  要:目的探讨军队驾驶员的特质应对方式及其影响因素,有针对性地采取心理干预,提高其心理健康水平。方法采用随机整群抽样法,以特质应对方式问卷(CSQ)测评390名驾驶员特质应对方式。结果驾驶员积极特质应对方式得分显著低于常模(t=-26.41,P<0.01),消极特质应对方式得分显著高于常模(t=36.56,P<0.05),独立样本t检验发现,已婚者的积极特质应对方式得分高于未婚者(t=7.78,P<0.01);相关分析显示,军队驾驶员的文化程度与消极应对方式得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.121,P<0.01),交通差错与消极特质应对方式呈正相关(r=0.107,P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析发现,仅文化程度被纳入消极特质应对方式的回归方程(t=2.396,P=0.017)。结论军队驾驶员的特质应对方式较一般人群消极,婚姻状况、文化程度和交通差错是影响驾驶员特质应对方式的主要因素。Objective To investigate the trait coping style and influential factors of military drivers.so that the related psychological crisis intervention had scientific basis to follow,and their mental health level had been improved.Methods By random cluster sampling,390 military drivers were investigated with Coping Styles Questionnaire(CSQ),and the acquired data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 program.Results Positive trait coping score of military drivers was significantly lower than the norm(t=26.41,P0.01),and negative trait coping style score was significantly higher than the norm(t=36.56,P0.05).Positive trait coping style score of married persons was higher than the unmarried(t=7.78,P0.01);Correlation analysis showed that education level and negative trait coping score of military drivers revealed significant negative correlation(r=-0.121,P0.01),traffic error correlated with negative trait coping style positively(r=0.107,P0.05);While multiple regression analysis found that only education level selected into regressive equations(t=2.396,P=0.017).Conclusion Trait coping styles of military drivers are more negative than the general population,marriage status,education level and traffic accident are the major influential factors of military drivers′trait coping style.
