摘 要:目的探讨自尊在大学生焦虑、孤独感与总体幸福感间是否存在中介效应。方法随机选取520名大学生,采用总体幸福感问卷(GWB)、孤独感量表(UCLA)、自尊量表(SES)以及特质焦虑量表(STAI)进行调查。结果①大学生总体幸福感水平与孤独感(r=-0.72)、特质焦虑(r=-0.75)呈显著负相关与自尊呈极显著正相关(r=0.67);自尊与孤独感(r=-0.56)、特质焦虑(r=-0.58)呈显著负相关;②自尊在焦虑、孤独感和总体幸福感间的中介效应模型拟合良好。结论自尊可以部分调节大学生在体验到负面情绪时对幸福感产生的负性影响。Objective To investigate the relationships between undergraduates' self-esteem,anxiety,aloneness and general well-being,and analyze the mediating effect of self-esteem on anxiety,aloneness and general well-being.Methods A total of 520 undergraduates were randomly selected to complete the GWB,UCLA,SES and STAI.Results ①GWB had a significantly negative relationship with aloneness factor(r=-0.72)and trait anxiety(r=-0.75),and a significantly positive relationship with self-esteem(r=0.67),The score of self-esteem had significantly negative relationships with aloneness(r=-0.56)and trait anxiety(r=-0.58).② The model that self-esteem as a mediator to affect anxiety,aloneness and general well-being was fitting well.Conclusion Self-esteem can adjust the negative effect made by GWB when undergraduates experience the negative emotions.
