基本药物制度下我国基层医疗卫生机构补偿机制的探讨

摘　　要：目的:为基层医疗卫生机构实施国家基本药物制度提供借鉴与参考。方法:通过专业数据库与相关网站的查询,了解我国基层医疗卫生机构补偿机制存在的问题及落实情况,借鉴国外及我国港台地区公立医院相关经验提出建议。结果与结论:旧有的补偿渠道和补偿方式不明确,各地基层医疗卫生机构财政补偿难以落实。政府应加大对基层医疗卫生机构的投入、完善补偿机制,从而确保国家基本药物制度的顺利推行。Objective： To supply Compensation Mechanism of Essential Drug System Implementation in Primary Health Care Institu- tions with learn and reference. Methods： Through inquiring the professional data and related web site, learn experience from public hos- pital of foreign country and HongKong, find out situation and problem of Compensation mechanism implement in internal Primary health care sector. Results ＆ Conclusion： In the implementation process of national essential drug system, government should increase efforts to compensate and Improve the compensation mechanisms, to ensure smooth implementation of essential drug system.
