规划论在海南发行基金调拨中的运用

摘　　要：本文通过运用规划论中选址理论,测算目前海南辖内发行基金调拨运输总里程数、以海口和三亚为区域调拨中心的最优调拨方案及最佳区域调拨中心的地理位置,为海南发行基金辖内调拨及发行库选址提供科学依据。In this paper,we calculate the total transportation mileage of the Reserved Fund allocation of Hainan through the location method of Programming Theory.Taking Haikou and Sanya as the regional distribution center and the best regional allocation center for the optimum scheme of distribution,the analysis provides scientific basis for the Reserved Fund allocation and location of Hainan.
