摘　　要：对专利制度中规制不诚信行为的主要规定进行梳理,并重点分析对不诚信行为规制的欠缺甚至缺失情况,基于我国国情分析产生不诚信行为的因素,提出减少和规制不诚信行为的相关措施和建议。The thesis summarized the main rules for the principle of good faith in the patent system, and analysed the deficiency of the rules in detailed. Finally, the elements resulting in dishonest behaviors were summarized, thus the proposal for regulating dishonest behaviors in the operation of patent system was raised.
