湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液锌离子含量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察湿热消腰部外敷热导入疗法对ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液锌离子含量的影响。方法将160例ⅢA型前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别给予湿热消腰部外敷热导入加前列安栓、前列安栓,以30 d为1个疗程。观察治疗前后各组患者前列腺按摩液锌离子含量的情况。结果疗程结束后,与治疗前比较两组患者前列腺按摩液锌离子含量明显升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较治疗组优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湿热消腰部外敷热导入可提高ⅢA型前列腺炎患者前列腺按摩液锌离子含量,这可能是该疗法治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的机制之一。Objective To observe the effect of Shirexiao applied externally for lumbar region and conductive heat therapy on Zn^2＋ of prostatic seclletion（EPS-Zn^2＋） in patients with ⅢA prostatitis.Methods 160 cases of ⅢA prostatitis were randomized into treatment group and control group,treated successively with Shirexiao applied externally for lumbar region and conductive heat therapy combined with Qianlie Anshuan,Qianlie Anshuan.The efficacy was evaluated by the changes of resistance index after 30 days follow-up.Results After 30 days of treatment,the EPS-Zn^2＋ of treatment group increased better than that of control group（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Shirexiao applied externally for lumbar region and conductive heat therapy can increase EPS-Zn^2＋ in patients with ⅢA prostatitis,which may be the mechanisms of this therapy in treating ⅢA prostatitis.
