摘　　要：目的建立测定茵赤胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Hyspersil C18,流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶65),检测波长为230 nm。结果平均加样回收率为101.72%,RSD=1.85%。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Yinchi Capsule.Methods The column of Hyspersil-C18 was used,the mobile phase was Methanol-0.05 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（40∶65）,and the peak was detected at 230 nm.Results The average recovery was 101.72%,RSD=1.85%.Conclusion The method is easy to operate with accurate result and good reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
