邯郸市孕妇全血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁五元素参考范围研究

摘　　要：目的初步研究邯郸市孕妇全血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素的参考范围,为临床诊断提供相关依据。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别测定144例20~35岁健康成年女性全血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种元素浓度水平,对数据统计处理,研究5种元素分布状态。结果 5种元素全血含量不完全呈正态分布;20~35岁孕妇全血5种元素的参考范围分别为：铜6.46～20.38μmol/L,锌57.66～98.64μmol/L,钙1.13～1.55 mmol/L,镁1.11～1.62 mmol/L,铁6.24～8.70 mmol/L。结论邯郸市孕妇全血5种元素参考范围的建立在为临床诊断提供依据的方面意义重大。各地区有必要根据自身需要建立本地区全血微量元素的参考范围,其制订须充分考虑地域、年龄和性别的因素。Objective To study of reference ranges of five trace elements including Copper,Zinc,Calcium,Magnesium,and Iron from pregnant women＇s whole blood in Handan city provides some basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods 144 healthy pregnant women aged from 20 to 35 years old were selected and levels of 5 trace elements incorporating Copper,Zinc,Calcium,Magnesium and Iron in their whole blood were separately measured by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.After that,collected data were processed by statistical software in order to attain content distributions of the 5 trace elements.Results Contents of 5 trace elements in whole blood were not totally in normal distributions.Reference ranges for these 5 elements in pregnant women＇s whole blood aged from 20 to 35 years old were 6.46-20.38 μmol/L（Copper）,57.66-98.64 μmol/L（Zinc）,1.13-1.55 mmol/L（Calcium）,1.11-1.62 mmol/L（Magnesium） and 6.24-8.70 mmol/L（Iron） respectively.Conclusion Establishment of reference ranges of the 5 elements in pregnant women＇s whole blood in Handan city had an important significance in providing basis for clinical diagnosis.It is necessary to draft reference ranges of trace elements in whole blood based on each region＇s needs with thorough consideration of region,age and gender.
