硝苦汤坐浴对痔瘘术后创面愈合影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝苦汤坐浴对痔瘘术后创面愈合及改善创面症状的作用。方法将160例痔瘘术后患者分为治疗组100例和对照组60例,两组术后均常规处理,治疗组用硝苦汤坐浴,对照组用高锰酸钾坐浴。通过量化评分,观察两组患者术后平均创面愈合时间和用药3、5、7 d后创面疼痛、水肿、出血症状积分的变化。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组患者创面平均愈合时间显著缩短(P<0.05);用药3、5、7 d后,治疗组患者创面疼痛、水肿和出血症状积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝苦汤坐浴具有促进痔瘘患者术后创面愈合和改善创面症状的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Mirabilite and Sophora Flavescens Decoction bath on postoperative wound healing and improvement of hemorrhoids patients.Methods 160 cases of postoperative hemorrhoids fistula patients were assigned to treatment group of 100 cases and control group of 60 cases.Both groups were given postoperative conventional treatment while in addition the treatment group was given Mirabilite and Sophora Flavescens Decoction bath and the control group was given Potassium Permanganate bath.The average wound healing time and wound pain,edema and bleeding after medication of 3,5 and 7 d were evaluated with quantified scores.Results Compared with that of the control group,wound average healing time of treatment group patients was significantly shortened（P 0.05）;and wound pain,edema and bleeding symptom scores after the treatment of 3,5 and 7 days were also significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Mirabilite and Sophora Flavescens Decoction bath can enhances wound healing and improvement of hemorrhoids.
