用于外科疾病的非处方中成药不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的通过检索常用于外科疾病的非处方中成药不良反应发生情况,为安全使用此类非处方中成药提供参考。方法规定中成药范围包括中药复方制剂、中西药复方制剂、中药提取物制剂。采用回顾性研究方法,通过检索药物不良反应杂志和CNKI中文数据库,收集用于外科疾病的非处方中成药的不良反应的相关文献,对资料进行整理和分析。结果经上述数据库报道,有不良反应发生情况的中成药5种,分别是跌打丸、红花油、三七片、少林风湿跌打膏、麝香壮骨膏。结论虽然非处方药的特点是药效确定、相对安全、使用方便、毒副作用小,不良反应发生几率低,但药物安全性不容忽视,也需要考虑其不良反应并合理使用。Objective By retrieving the occurrence of adverse reactions of nonprescription Chinese medicine which commonly used in surgical diseases,in order to provide a reference for the safe use of such non-prescription Chinese medicines.Methods The scope of Chinese medicine was set including traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and the preparation of Chinese herb extracts.Using a retrospective study method,the related literatures of adverse reactions of nonprescription Chinese medicine for surgical diseases were collected by retrieving magazines and CNKI Chinese database,and then the data were organized and analyzed.Results According to the above database reports,there were five pieces of nonprescription Chinese medicine adverse reaction occurred,including Dieda Pill,Honghua Oil,Sanqi Tablet,Shaolin Fengshi Dieda Cream and Shexiang Zhuanggu Cream.Conclusion Nonprescription drugs are characterized by clear efficacy,relative safe,convenient,low toxicity and low probability of adverse events,but the safety of drugs cannot be ignored,and the adverse reactions and rational use should be considered.
