摘　　要：文章分析了现有协同政务流程集成模型及框架的不足,分析了将语义Web服务应用于协同政务知识共享的技术优势,构建面向知识共享的协同政务流程集成框架,运用语义Web服务和本体概念设计了基于WSMO的协同政务流程集成,实现了不同政务信息系统之间的语义互操作,从而方便政府与用户的语义互动与知识共享。This paper analyzes the shortage of the current collaborative e - government process integrated model and framework, explains technical advantages of using semantic Web services in the collaborative e - government knowledge sharing, builds the collaborative e - government process integrated framework for knowledge sharing, uses semantic Web services and ontology concept to design a collaborative e - government process integration model based on WSMO, facilitate the semantic interaction and knowledge sharing between government and user.
