广州市某区中小学生伤害的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解学生伤害的影响因素,有效预防学生伤害。方法采用多阶段随机分层整群抽样的方法,抽取广州市某区全日制学校的3677名中小学生进行调查;采用问卷调查的方法,由调查对象自填其基本情况及过去12个月学生伤害发生情况。分析不同学生伤害发生率及其影响因素。结果广州市某区中小学生1年内发生1种以上伤害的比例为53.3%。伤害发生率受不同年级、不同性别以及父亲文化程度的影响。不同伤害的发生也受不同因素的影响。结论针对不同特征的学生,应采用相应的伤害预防工作。Objective To identify risk factors of injury among primary and secondary school students and to provide scien- tific evidence for injury intervention and monitoring. Methods A random cluster sampling study on the conditions of in- juries during the last 12 months. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 3 677 students in a district of Guangzhou. Analyzed the injury situations and the influencing factors. Results The injury rate of students was 53.3%, that was the in- jury happened at least once in the last year. Gender, grade, the degree of father＇s education were the influencing factors of injury. The different injury got different factors. Conclusion For the prevention and control of injury in school students, the risk factors should be considered comprehensively.
