少弱精症35例的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氯米酚和左卡尼汀联合应用对男性特发性少精、弱精症精液参数及生殖激素水平的影响。方法 35例特发性少弱精症患者给予氯米酚和左卡尼汀联合应用,于3个月取患者精液检测精子数量(密度)、精子活力(a+b百分率)及血清中FSH、T水平。结果治疗3个月后,氯米酚和左卡尼汀联合应用患者精子的数量、活力显著提高,血清中FSH、T水平明显升高。结论氯米酚和左卡尼汀联合应用能够显著改善生殖激素水平,提高特发性少弱精症患者精液主要参数。Objective To discuss the influence of the combination of clomiphene and levocarnitine on the semen parameters and reproductive hormone levels of men with idiopathic oligozoospermia,asthenozoospermia.Methods It tested sperm count（density）,sperm motility（a＋b percent）and serum FSH,T levels of 35 idiopathic asthenozoospermia patients with the treatment of clomiphene and levocarnitine for 3 months.Results After 3 months of treatment,it had increased the number and vitality of sperm,the serum FSH and T levels increased significantly.Conclusion The combination treatment of clomiphene and levocarnitine can enhance the reproductive hormone levels and improve the semen parameters of patients with idiopathic less asthenozoospermia.
