59例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法对本院2011年1～11月59例甲状腺功能亢进症合并糖尿病的住院患者的临床治疗方法及疗效等资料进行分析。结果 59例患者经正规治疗和控制后,症状明显改善,FT3、FT4、TSH接近或恢复正常,血糖基本控制,降糖药物使用量减少。结论甲状腺功能亢进症和糖尿病可相互影响,临床表现类似,极易误诊和漏诊,两种疾病同时治疗可提高疗效,提高患者生存质量。Objective To investigate the treatment and efficacy of the hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods Fifty nine cases of patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus were selected in our hospital in recent years,and then the clinical manifestation,treatment and efficacy of them were analyzed.Results The symptom of 59 cases had been improved a lot after regular treatment.The hyperthyroidism and carbohydrate metabolism were controlled.FT3,FT4 and TSH were approaching the normal level.And the blood sugar were controlled.Therefore,the dosage of drugs could be reduced.Conclusion The diabetes mellitus and hyperthyroidism can interplay,and can attain satisfactory effect by combined treatment.And the quality of life could be improved.
