经尿道等离子电切术在膀胱黏膜白斑中的疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道等离子电切术在膀胱黏膜白斑中的疗效及安全性。方法将2008年5月～2011年6月于本院进行经尿道等离子电切术治疗的36例膀胱黏膜白斑患者设为观察组,同时同期进行传统的经尿道电切术的36例患者为对照组,将两组患者的治疗总有效率、随访复发率、并发症发生率及治疗前后的生存质量进行比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、随访复发率、并发症发生率及生存质量统计结果均明显好于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论经尿道等离子电切术在膀胱黏膜白斑中的疗效及安全性均值得肯定,在本病的治疗中有很高的价值。Objective To study the effect and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection in bladder leukoplakia. Methods Thirty six patients with bladder leukoplakia who were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection in our hospital from May 2008 to June 2011 were selected as observation group, and 36 patients treated with transurethral resec- tion at the game time were selected as traditional control group, then the total effective rate, recurrence rate, incidence of com- plications and life quality before and after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate, recurrence rate, incidence of complications and life quality of observation group were all better than those of control group, these items of two groups compared, all P 〈 0.05, the differences were all significant. Conclusion The effect and safety of transurethral plasmakinetic resection in bladder leukoplakia is positive, and it has higher value in the treatment of the disease.
