黄豆苷元片治疗2级急性感音神经性耳鸣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察黄豆苷元片治疗不伴有听力损失的2级急性感音神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的急性感音神经性耳鸣患者80例,分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组用黄豆苷元片治疗,对照组应用复方丹参片治疗,两组辅助用药均给予ATP片40mg/次,日3次口服,及甲钴胺片500μg/次,日3次口服,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为62.5%,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄豆苷元片治疗不伴有听力损失的2级急性感音神经性耳鸣临床效果满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Daidzein tablet on two level acute sensorineural tinnitus without hearing loss. Methods A total of 80 patients suffered from two level acute sensorineural tinnitus without hearing loss were divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The treatment group was used with Daidzein tablets, the control group was used by routine treatment with compound Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Two groups were given ATP 40 mg/time and Mecobalamin tablets 500μg/time orally three times a day. The effectiveness of the two groups was compared after treat- ment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, the total effective rate in the control group was 625%. The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than that of the control group, there was significant difference be- tween two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Daidzein tablet is an effective medicine in the treatment of two level acute sen- sorineural tinnitus without hearing loss.
