四黄烧伤油治疗烧烫伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察四黄烧伤油治疗烧烫伤的疗效。方法用本院自制的四黄烧伤油治疗烧烫伤,以磺胺嘧啶银软膏组作对照组,比较两组创面愈合时间、止痛效果及总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为97.9%,对照组总有效率为85.1%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对浅Ⅱ度创面,患者创面愈合时间治疗组为(8.20±2.94)d,对照组为(12.50±3.27)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对深Ⅱ度创面,患者创面愈合时间治疗组为(13.78±7.51)d,对照组为(19.54±8.48)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组优良率为91.5%,对照组为17.0%,两组止痛效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论四黄烧伤油治疗烧烫伤疗效显著,疗效优于磺胺嘧啶银软膏。Objective To observe the efficacy of Si-huang Burn Oil in treatment of burn and scald. Methods Si-huang Burn Oil （made by our pharmacy department） was used to treat burn and scald, and silver sulfadiazine burn ointment as the control group. The average wound healing time, the effects of pain relieve and the total effective rates were compared be- tween two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.9% in treatment group and 85.1% in control group. The differ- ence had statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. In superficial second degree burns, the average wound healing time was （8.20±2.94） days for treatment group and （12.50±3.27） days for control group. The difference had sta- tistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. In deep second degree burns, the average wound healing time was （13.78±7.51） days for the treatment group and （19.54±8.48） days for the control group. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Comparing the effects of pain relieve between two groups, the good rate was 91.5% in treatment group and 17.0% in control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Si-huang Burn Oil has significant efficacy in treatment of burn and scald, and is more effective than silver sulfadiazine ointment.
