摘　　要：药物是把双刃剑,在治病救人的同时,也会给患者带来一定的伤害,特别是高危药品。通过对近年来中外文献的检索发现,高危药品由于给药途径不当、给药剂量过大及人为因素等导致的伤害案例时有发生。全世界每年因用药导致的损害达150万人,其中由高危药品带来的损害占有一定的比例。对高危药品实施有效的管理是保证患者用药安全的重要前提。目前,国家对高危药品没有强制性规定。因此,探讨高危药品管理是一个迫切需要解决的课题。Drug is a double-edged sword. It brings somewhat harms when it puts a patient right, especially for high-risk drugs. It is found that cases about high-risk drugs happened occasionally because of improper administration ways, too large administration dosages, anthropogenic factors and so on according to the Chinese and foreign literature retrieval in re- cent years. There are 1.5 million people harmed by the drug all over the world every year and there is proportion of the high-risk drugs. Effective management of high-risk drugs is the important prerequisite to guarantee the safety for treating patients. At present, there are no mandatory provisions in our country about high-risk drugs. So it is an urgent issue to dis- cuss the high-risk drug management.
