摘　　要：由于人们对于自身健康的关注度提高,所以到医院门诊就诊的人数日益增多,这就对医院药学工作提出了更高的要求。安全、合理的调剂药品是门诊药房工作的重要目的。药学人员应该熟知所承担的责任,通过提高自身业务能力,按照处方调配规程等方法约束工作行为,减少工作中的调剂差错。As people pay more attention to their own health, the number of outpatients is growing, which brings forward higher requirements for hospital pharmacy. Safe and reasonable pharmacy dispensing is an important objective of outpatient pharmacy work. The pharmacy staff should be familiar with their liability and restrain their work behavior through improv- ing their own operational capacity, according with prescription distribution procedures and other methods in order to reduce the dispensing errors in work.
