B超引导下经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨B超引导下经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法将2011年6月～2012年1月本院收治的98例上尿路结石患者按手术方式分为观察组(n=67例)与对照组(n=31例),观察组患者接受超声引导下经皮肾镜取石术治疗,对照组接受传统开放手术治疗,对两组患者的疗效、术后恢复、并发症等进行比较。结果 (1)观察组手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、住院总时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组结石清除率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B超引导下经皮肾镜取石术治疗上尿路结石具有疗效确切、手术创伤较小、患者术后恢复快、并发症发生率较低等优点。Objective To explore the effect of the B ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy in curing upper urinary tract calculi. Methods Ninety-eight cases of upper urinary tract calculi patients were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into observation group （n = 67） and control group （n = 31） in our hospital during June 2011 to January 2012. The observation group received the B ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy and the control group received traditional open surgical therapy. The curative effect, recovery, complications and so on were compared. Results （1）The operative time, postoperative anal exhaust time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. （2）The stone clearance rate of the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. （3）The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The B ultrasound-guided percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy is definitely effective in curing upper urinary tract calculi and has advantages in less surgical trauma, faster postoperative recovery, lower complication rate, etc.
