还原型谷胱甘肽在重症肺炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的重点探究临床上有关重症肺炎治疗的有效方法。方法对本院重症监护室2011年3月～2012年2月收治的72例重症肺炎患者接受治疗的情况进行分析,将72例重症肺炎患者分为对照组和观察组,两组在治疗过程中都在常规治疗的基础上给予一定的治疗,其中观察组36例在接受常规治疗的同时使用还原型谷胱甘肽(重庆药友制药有限责任公司,国药准字H20050667)注射液进行辅助治疗。经过15d的治疗后,观察两组患者接受治疗的效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时观察组患者治疗后的各项体测指标亦好于对照组。结论临床上采用还原型谷胱甘肽注射液辅助治疗重症肺炎,有助于提高其临床治愈率,值得推广。Objective To explore the effective method to treat severe pneumonia in clinic. Methods The situation of receiving treatment of 72 cases of severe pneumonia patients from March 2011 to February 2012 in ICU were analyzed, who were divided into control group and observation group, two groups were given certain treatment in the course of treatment on the basis of routine treatment, but patients in observation group （36 patients） were given reduced glutathione （Chongqing medicine friends pharmaceutical limited liability company, the country medicine accurate character H20050667） for injection on the base of the conventional therapy at the same time for adjuvant therapy. After treatment for 15 days, the effect of receiving treatment in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significant difference （P 0.05）, at the same time, various body measurement index in observation group after treatment was better than that in control group. Conclusion The treatment method of using glutathione injection for adjuvant therapy in clinic, is helpful for the treatment of severe pneumonia and improve the clinical cure rate, which is worthy of popularization.
