摘　　要：当前阶段的企业生产过程管理中，如何提高订单执行力的研究仍然是一个空白。故针对订单执行力方面。提出了一种高效执行生产计划的方法。并在本方法的基础上，引进先进管理工具思想，从而建立起一套在供需链（SupplyChain）管理模式下的高效订单执行体系。In the current stage of the business process managemen is still a blank. Therefore, in order to perform force, put forward a kind t, how of effi to improve the execution of orders cient implementation of production planning method. And in this method on the basis of the introduction of advanced management ideas and tools, establish a set in the supply chain under the management mode of high order execution system.
