摘 要:对小型IC反应器发酵产氢的启动特性进行了研究,通过出水pH值、碱度及VFA来判断反应器的运行状况,当系统运行良好时,出水pH值稳定在3.5~4.5之间,碱度稳定在0~10 mmol.L-1,VFA在10~30 mmol.L-1范围内;容积负荷COD为52.00 kg.m-3.d-1时有较高的产气量,不断提高容积负荷,产气量增加较少,当稳定容积负荷COD为31.20 kg.m-3.d-1时产气量接近350 L.d-1;用该反应器发酵产氢,产生气体量较大,最高时可达360 L.d-1,气体中氢气含量较高,最高可达48%.The research is based on the start-up characteristics of hydrogen production by IC reactor. In the course of the experiment, we determined the operational status of IC reactor by monitoring the effluent pH value, ALK and VFA. The effluent pH value retained at 3.5 to 4.5, ALK retained at 0 to 10 mmol·L^-1,VFA was in the range from 10 to 30mmol·L^-1 when the system was running well. The reactor could operate stably under high load by measuring the gas production rate. It had a higher production rate when the volume load was at 52.00 kg·m^-3·d^-1, but the increasing of gas produc-tion rate was not as high as the volume load increasing, so we could keep the volume load at 31.20 kg·m^-3·d^-1 and the gas production could reach 350 L·d^-1. The IC reactor had a large amount of gas production and the hydrogen content was high, and the maximum production rate could reach 360 L·d^-1 and hydrogen content was up to 48%.
