摘  要:对肌质/内质网膜Ca2+-ATPase(Sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase,SERCA)基因在家蚕雌虫性信息素腺体内的分子特性进行了研究.结果表明,羽化当天该基因在性信息素腺体内的表达量最高.组织表达模式发现,该基因在性信息素腺体、头、体壁、脂肪体、飞行肌、卵等组织中均有表达,但在卵中的表达量相对较低,在中肠中不表达.断头后SERCA基因的表达仍然呈现上升趋势,说明该基因的表达是时间依赖型的,但与正常发育的雌虫相比,断头明显抑制了SERCA基因的表达,保幼激素也明显抑制了该基因的表达.In the present study, the molecular characteristics of sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca^2+ - ATPase (SERCA) gene from pheromone glands were studied. Temporal expression analysis revealed that Bombyx mori SERCA (BmSERCA) showed the highest expression in new-emerged adults. The spatial expression analysis suggested that BmSERCA was expressed in pheromone gland, head, cuticle, fat body, muscle, egg. However, it was weakly expressed at eggs and there was no expression in mid-gut. BmSERCA still continued to increase despite the decapition treatment, suggesting that the ex-pressed pattern of BmSERCA was age-dependent. Compared with normal female, decapitation signifi-cantly inhibited the expression of BmSERCA. Juvenile hormone treatments significantly inhibited the expression of BmSERCA.
