摘  要:探讨高校教师学术道德失范成因及对大学生成长成才的影响。高校的教师应具有治学认真、学风严谨的精神,根据高校近年来学术上频有出现的抄袭剽窃行为和造假现象,分析教师学术道德失范的原因。进一步阐明教师是大学生涯健康成长的领航者,是人才培养的导师,教师若不能为人师表,发展下去,将会对学校学风建设形成严重的负面影响,将会给学生科学精神的培养和学术规范的养成带来负效应。也不利于学生良好学术道德的培养,不利于大学生的健康成长,不利于大学生的创新能力培养,严重影响了毕业生的质量和声誉。This paper focuses on the causes of academic dishonesty of teachers in colleges and universities and the negative effects on college students growth.University teachers should have the serious spirit on academic research and the rigorous style of study.According to the plagiarism behavior and counterfeiting phenomenon occurred frequently in the colleges and universities in recent years,we analyze the reasons of the teachers in academic dishonesty,further elucidate that teachers are not only the leaders of the healthy campus life,but also the instructors of the personnel training.If the teacher cannot be a person of exemplary virtue,he would form serious negative impact on the school style of study.Meanwhile,he would bring negative effect on the training of scientific spirit and the developing of academic norms.Academic dishonesty is also not beneficial to the cultivation of students' academic morality,is not beneficial to the healthy growth of the college students,is not beneficial to the cultivation of students' innovation ability.In the end,it would have a serious impact on the quality and reputation of the graduates.
