摘　　要：本文通过现场分析研制了组合式磨铣工具,该工具结构简单,把铣锥、铣鞋、扶正器有机地组合在一起,包括磨鞋、磨铣、导向三大部分,完井过程中一趟钻即可完成三趟施工作业要求,该工具在桩西和孤岛地区桩205-平5及南38-平201井水平井施工中推广使用,结果表明大大缩短了建井周期,取得了很好的经济效益,具有良好的推广前景。The paper develops the combined milling tool through field analysis.The composition of tool is simply,and the mill shoe,cutter head and centering device are combined.One tripping process can complete three tripping work,including wear shoes,milling,guide.This tool is used in horizontal well of Zhuangxi and Gudao block,and the results show that the sinking cycle is reduced greatly,and it has achieved very good economic benefits,so this tool has good promotion prospects.
