摘 要:应用于中速和高速包装机的槽轮等间歇机构在超高速度下冲击、震动和噪声状况会变得更加严重,在YB48超高速硬盒包装机内框纸传送装置上已不能适用。故在YB48超高速包装机内框纸传送装置上采用了齿轮四杆机构,可实现动作输出件动停衔接平稳,加速度和跃度曲线连续平滑,满足连续传送要求的同时大大提高了内框纸输送部件在超高速下的高效性和稳定性。The traditional index mechanism,such as Geneva mechanism,could not be applied in the inner-frame unit of YB48 hingelid packer,which work efficiently in midle and high operating speed packer,due to a sharp raise in shock,vibration and noise under super high operating speed condition.The gear-linkage mechanism is adopted in YB48 hinge-lid packer to solve the problem mentioned above,which discharge effective movement,move stably and stop smothly that give a continuous acceleration and jerk diagram.The gear-linkage mechanism ensure high efficiency and stability to the inner-frame unit of YB48 hinge-lid packer operating with super high speed,meanwhile meet the needs of transporting inner-frame continuously.
